Letter from the Administrator

The recent recommendations and directives by the CDC and CMS have forced us to take highly unusual measures in order to protect the residents entrusted in our care as well as to protect our dedicated staff. We have restricted visitation in our facility to ESSENTIAL medical personnel only. During this temporary restriction, our residents will be unable to attend non-essential outside activities and will be staying in their rooms until otherwise directed.

We understand that you will be anxious about your family member, therefore, even though you may not be able to physically see your family member we will make provisions for you to be able to stay in communication with them. These provisions may consist of Face Time, Phone calls, Messenger video calls, etc. We are also working on getting a Family Council started so that we can work together to make this as easy and painless for everyone.

We hope that you will understand and support this critical decision to STOP Visitors. I will continue to monitor the most current CDC recommendations and will announce when this temporary restriction can be lifted. We will also continue positing updates on our website and Facebook page. Please feel free to call the facility to speak with your loved one or to ask us to have them call you. We are committed to making this as painless as possible.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation during this difficult time.
